Its been 2 months i ordered 4 tyres online.. Did not recieved it yet. They are picking up phones and saying lame excuses.. Intelligent frauds they are.. You will not have any doubts at first approach.. They showed 3 fake adrress in bangalore, mumbai etc in their site.. Called up and enquired in bangalore.. They are really fake.. My cousins had a huge headache in finding them in bangalore.. They are delhi based online frauds.. I paid 20000 and my order ID is TOW12895Jul40618.. Everytime i call them, they will pick up the phone and will not allow us to cancel the item.. They will definitely say its courier issue.. Once we ask for the final date of delivery, they will say a date.. Sometimes the manager guy answers it and say in his responsibility..We might believe in his word..But its the same again.. So they carefully given the address in the website for not tracing and tracking.. Not even marked in google maps.. So even if we ask them for appointment to visit them in their office, they will refuse it.Its all a clever way of cheating people..So we will have to wait centuries according to the terms and conditions given in the website.. They cleverly written it.. We will know it only after getting cheated.. They gave no options for cancellation/refund/return unless the produt reaches us.. So they can make it delay for years in the name of many silly reasons.. They method of cheating people is that they take up the phone evertime we call them.. So people wont get worried too much..They will carry the hope.. They will never give you the tyre.. So many complaints i heard.. I typed such a long essay is because people should understand these ********* people.. So dont approach by court because they dont have proper address in their site.. So They wont get the advocate notice. So we will have to run behind it since its located in delhi.. So myself is taking this case to another level personally as well as through law..Already initiated the case..Will surely make them understand their grave mistake thoroughly..coz That trouble i suffered ..
