I had booked tyers for my 4 wheeler on 5th January 2016 against order number TOW15232Jan383002 .

The owner Rajat Malhotra & Anil Malhotra Mobile Numbers- [protected], [protected] Office Address: C – 146, Gali No. 36, Mahavir Enclave (Near Power House), New Delhi, Delhi Pin-110045 Residence Address: Puneet Malhotra S/O Anil Malhotra, E-003, Lagoon Apartments, Ambience Island, Gurgaon ...does not lift the phone and call center tells it will be delivered on Monday ...already 2 Mondays have gone .

Is FIR only the way out ?

When I request for refund it is denied ..tried sending mail ..server says the e mail Id does not exist ..I am not getting product even after 20 days
