Ordered for 4nos. Tyres on[protected]. (Order#TWOW15316JAN72415). Paid full amount advance by credit card (Rs.11911/-). No response since then. Through some source. Got the mo. No. Of Mr. Ravi in charge in bangalore he inform me u r order was cancelled due to unavibility of tyer so u will get refund i will mailed them all my bank details no of time but not response from them also my phone not pickup . He promised me, that he will contact mr. Rajat-md. Who sits in delhi. No response from Ravi as well. After checking with my credit card of monthly found still not received. Frequent calls to rajat, he only says to give some time and he will get back to me and never calls. Need assistance, in getting my money refund.
