Tyres on wheels — Refund not credited in my credit card

After, part cancellation of my order no. TOW7997Nov818380 in Nov 2014 I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 8745 in my credit card. Even after so many phone calls and letter written to the company the refund has not been credited in my accounts. Dr Anupam Lal
