Tyres on wheels — They never refund upon cancellation

I have placed and cancelled the order immediately after findin the proce was diffeent when i submitted the order, i have been told that the amount will be refunded, but even after 2 months of follow up till thay have not refunded, poor response manged in very unprofessional way..
