Tyresonwheels — Tyres orderdered not delivered

I had ordered four wheel tyres number 3 on line on 18th sept 2015. I had received only one tyre within one week, for the other two tyres when I called them, everytime they would say it would take 2 days. so far ihave not received any information. My order number 13830 amount due 13234.
