U.p.handicrafts Art & Kohinoor Leather Factory — Cheated by not packing my sarees which I purchased paying 12000

I visited Agra with my husband on 12th of nov.We visited with help of guide.He took us to the above mentioned shop to see Sarees which are made up of banana and bamboo.
After we enterted into shop they showed us TAJ mahal with various color's and took us to saree store.He showed us saree which he took out from ring.
we impressed and purchased sarees for around 24k.

2-sarees-3100
3 sarees-13500
1shoe-4500
1 belt-1800

We billed everything but they did not packed 2 sarees.We didnot noticed that.They also given guarenteed bill which they said we can claim 75% while returning this sarees in Khadi bandar shopes.

We noticed that they did not packed tha sarees while we return to Delhi.The next day we have flight and it was 8pm.We called them and told this.They said they will check and let us know.The next day we called them, they were not supported.Then we asked for CCTV footage, they said it was not working on that day.

Clearly we understood they cheated us for our entire shopping.I have seen that 4 screens on the monitor of CCTV.But they said it was not working.
How they can cheat like this.I need my Money.Please help us .1 saree 7500 and another was 4500.Ofcourse i know i lot my entire money by buying unworthing things there.But atleast i am requesting for that 12k amount which they did not packed eventhough i payed.
