U P Leather Art And Crafts — fraudulent act in billing on partial cash on delivery/money order purchase

I had purchased 3 shoes worth rs 1550 each from that firm, of which rs 2450 was paid at shop and remaining rs 2200 was supposed to be paid at the time of delivery.
While accepting the said goods the amount mentioned in the package was rs 2660. I have reported this issue to the firm many times but the ship keeper didn't hear the pleadings and also blocked my phone no. I hereby urge for a compensation so that the shop proprietor o[censored] p leather art and crafts may be morally punished for his mentality to cheat valuable costumers.
