I visited USPA Banjara hills Store on16th October 2020 around 21:15. I asked for a T-Shirt for trial to 'X' who is in billing counter, I don't know his name and he called the other staff named Naveen and he gave me the t shirt for trial which doesn't fit my size. later asked for the other one, he gave me and that one also not a perfect size. I took other T shirt and a trouser which suits me. And planned to trial and buy for one more shirt in Edhardy T shirt. Suddenly that staff Naveen came and told not to take anything for trial. I told any how we are purchasing how can we buy with out trial?
Suddenly that Reckless Rude Senseless Insulting ### 'X' came from Billing Counter and entered in the scene, told us not to take for trial. We asked for the reason. The first shirts doesn't suits my fitting and now how can I buy the other without trial. He told to buy it and make a trial in home which is exchangeable within 7 days. I said, How can I buy without making a trial as the first shirts was not fitted. Suddenly that buggar told if you want you buy or else make a move from here that doesn't matter. He left to the counter. I don't understand how the hell he can say the word to leave the store.
I was very much insulted with his rude behavior. After going to the billing counter he is showing the No trial cards on the deck which is turned opposite side.
I asked him you should have shown this in the beginning of the trial, so that we will wont proceed further and this is waste of our time. For that the buggar said you people came across and made a trial which is waste of our time and this is the closing time.
Just clarify me some thing which i don't understand:
1. If there is no trail, he should have shown the no trial board in beginning and denying first one for trial.
2. He told as of pandemic situation. If this is true, where is the sanitizers and thermometer check to be given before entering the store?
3.Buying it and trial at home which is exchangeable with in 7 days is foolish thing. If it doesn't fit and I don't want to buy the one or other, how is it possible? He says its exchangeable and not refundable.
4. How can he say, If you don't buy also it doesn't matter you can leave the store. How the ### he can say that word to a CUSTOMER. Dont he know the proper CUSTOMER service?
I demand a proper action and explanation.
