I had taken a lic policy in the name of my daughter in year 2009. A few months back i decided to surrender this policy. So i contacted the LIC office and they told me that i can be surrendered to the same agent from where you have made this policy. So i went to uae exchange office in gurdaspur (from where this policy was issued) and i was told by branch head that i have to go to lic office. When i told him what was told to me from lic office, he said that he will confirm me in 2, 3 days and inform me but nothing was informed. Now again i took no o[censored]ae exchange insurance department in kochi and made a call, ms vandana talked to me and said to send me a mail regarding the details. So i sent the mail on 5th dec with all the details. After 2 days i again sent a reminder, and then after 2, 3 days i again sent a reminder but i didnt got any response. Is this the service uae exchange is providing to customers?? i want to surrender my policy and want to know how to do it. Was this information helpful? |
