Uaidai — aadhar karvy aadhar card address change - transliteration error in the request field.

I have updated my aadhar address using uidai official site (Uidai.gov.in) by attaching a valid address proof. After 1-2 hours i am receiving an error message saying "your request 0000/00533/85445 has been rejected due to: transliteration error in the request field."
The translation to the native language is not correct, so i have corrected it and submitted the request (0000/00534/50478).
I still received the same error again and again. There is no specific reason why i am getting this error.

I have called helpdesk they told go to aadhar center for udpate, then whats the point of online update. It would be good if you guys provide with exact problem rather just rejecting and sending messages.

Please provide help and look into this error on priority
