UAN — Not able to download my passbook from UAN Portal
Hello Sir, My name is Amit Kumar Srivastava and currently I am working in HCL Technologies. MY UAN number is[protected] and my account number is HR/GGN/5572/200335. After login to the UAN portal I am not able to download my passbook. It is showing error "Member Passbook Not available." When i am sending a mail to this ID [protected]@epfindia.gov.in they are continuously giving two types of reply. 1: Please recheck. Your passbook is available on the UAN portal, otherwise send your UAN with password to check at our end. 2: Please check after some time. So my concern is that why they are not telling that what is the actual problem ? So please look into this issue and revert. Regards, Amit
