We submitted the documents on 12 april for chinese visa on urgent basis and udaan assigned the transaction number as del143154-china. After that they asked us adhaar card copies and we have provided the same on 13th april. And udaan submitted the documents on 14th in chinese consulate and visa issued on same day and collected on 17th april 2017. But until 20th april they did not informed us status of visa and that also informed when we asked for the status but charging the vfs charges of 2415rs which the visa not received on time and we changed our flight dates hence its costed 750cny. All the issues because of the travel agent communication issue so we requesting to deduct the cost of vfs 2415 rupees. The amount not big but happened 2nd time with their poor services
