We are not satisfied with the justification you have given in your mail, My concern is only for my vehicle's electrical system in a closed loop in my vehicle at Maruti Authorised service center Uday Autolink Pvt Ltd.
I had submitted my car at Uday Autolink dated 2nd January, 2025 to change the rear body panel & rear light. At that time I was not informed by your side about the external wiring & its risk. If it was dangerous and risky then you should have informed me earlier before taking any action. I could have changed my decision of getting my car repaired. It's a totally unprofessional act from your side. You have not taken any type of oral or written consent from me and damaged the entire electrical system of my car. You have undertaken wrong experiments on my car without informing me. Even you have not bothered to take my consent when you came to know that the external wiring is risky. It's a case of mere negligence, unprofessionalism and carelessness from your side. You didn't bother to inform me regarding this. when we called you on 13th January, 2025 regarding the non-functioning of car's internal system, at that time @Mr.Sakeel Ansari, who received our call was totally unprofessional to us and was only focusing on FOC (free of cost) on the other hand we have not utter a single word regarding cost. We were just complaining about the non-functioning of the internal system but @Mr.Sakeel Ansari was totally focusing on money. He didn't try to understand our problem at all. We wanted our car back in the same condition as it was submitted at that time but he was focusing only on money. We are not beggars. We could have spent enough money if you had responded to us properly. we have experienced highly unprofessionalism from your side, who has no system of work and not any SOP follow-up.
Since 7th January, 2025 we are totally dependent on highered vehicles & have already spent a large amount of money in paying fares as our car is not in working condition till 30th January, 2025.

Your speedometer was not working post the diagnosis it was identify same as happened because of present of external fitments in the vehicle/wiring tempered and same cannot be attributed to related dealer damage.
You are requested to kindly get same hope it clear your queries.
And we are not consider this case.
Outside fitments not cover in the vehicle.
