Udupi Power Corporation Limited — 950 rs charged for examination fee, but acknowledgement slip was not provided

I am the aspirant for trainee engineer for udupi power corporation limited. They are charging 950 rs for examination fee. But after charging the amount from our debit cards, no acknowledge copy or payment status was shown on the website or mail id... Through psytm service amount was drawn from our account.
Please help me with this issue...
