UEI Electronics Pvt.Ltd — IMPS fund transfer failed due to timed out.

I have transferred an amount of Rs.40000/- from HDFC bank to SBI by using IMPS fund transfer on 27th Jan 2015. After 4 hours I got a message of "transfer timed out". Until today morning (28th Jan 2015), the beneficiary didn't receive the money. Can I please know how can I resolve this issue? My understanding is that the fund transfer is failed. If so, when will I get back the money? Do I want to do anything for that? IMPS Ref no is[protected] Thanks and Regards, Arun C
