I am filing this complaint regarding a breach of contract and failure to provide the services promised by [Company Name]. I entered into an agreement with your company on May 23, 2024, for [describe the service/product], as outlined in the contract. The agreement explicitly states that interviews would be arranged within 6 to 8 months, but despite multiple follow-ups, no interviews have been scheduled or provided as promised.
As per Section 3, Point E of the agreement, if no interviews occur within 6 to 8 months, the company is required to refund 100% of the amount paid. It has now been over 10 months, and the company has not fulfilled the terms of the agreement or provided any resolution.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, including several emails, but I have received no response. The individuals involved in my process, including Tanishka, Chandni, Deepthi, and Raghav, have failed to address or resolve this issue despite clear violations of the contract.
This lack of communication, breach of contract, and failure to provide the services agreed upon has left me with no choice but to request a full refund of the amount paid.
