UGC — delay in payment after generation

I'm ugc jrf candidate with id number 314692. I haven't received my fellowship since july 2018. The online ugc canara bank portal is showing that the payment has been generated, but even after a month of generation i haven't received any payment. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
