Stated that i am a residence of village majri chowk adjoining sector 2 panchkula in our neighbourhood a person named binder singh r/o hno . 181 in majri daily theft electricity by kundi in main wire of electricity and he is not deposited the electricity bill from last one year and pending amount of bill around rs 60000 and electricity board members cut his meter last month bt he regularly theft the electricity from day one please warn him and fine him for thefting the electricity and i cant upload a picture and video of that kundi
