Uhbvn — wrong bill sent by uhbvn

This mail is in the regards of my bill, which i have seen today my usually consumption of electricity of 25 to 30 units per months which usually hardly we are using two fans and 3 tubes. I am shocked when i seen this much of glitch and negligence of electricity department they have sent me 5471 inr bill of this month. The reason is behind of this matter no one comes to takes reading even this much reading are not available into my meter as well. Randomly they are doing by there own, and after sending these such high amount bills when we faces this much hassle they asks bribe to settle down these bills. I will request you please do send some to my residence and check physically if this much consumption which has been not done by us and these readings are not present into the meter how it came this much. I need immediate action on this. I am going to escalate this to the higher authorities as well. And i am sending all those bill since the day they have installed that meter at my residence. Please do correct my bill on immediate bases. I will take legal action on this. I am attaching all my bill along with this mail.

I have attached all the relevant documents related to my electricity bill along with this mail below and its not happening only with me every single house is facing same issue how is this possible even people don't use ac and iron at there homes, we do have only 2 tubes and 3 fans only. I am highlighting to every single responsible person through this mail so that immediate action can be taken on this. Hardly i use to receive only 245 inr to 300 inr in every bill this month they have sent me 5471 inr how does it come. I am unable to understand the reason is that no one use to come here to take readings physically. They are doing this by there own. I need immediate action on this matter. Why no one came here to take readings from meter. I will tweet this on social media as well. And personally tag your deputy secretary on social media personally. Fix this glitch and send some to my home take reading then send the right bill to me. Check the bills below into the mail.
Its not only a matter i have received a wrong bill, its a matter in this way government electricity department going negligency with everyone and generating fraud revenue from people, even total number o[censored]nits into the meter of 6 months are 225 hardly, they have sent me 1000 units of bill of two months, as this much reading are not available into my meter. Due to no one wants to come here to take the units everyone is enjoying there comfort zone and don't want to get hassle to come here and take units. They mentioned whatever they want according to there wish, and people are suffering due to this, i have complaints many times regarding my electricity meter many times but no action has been taken so far.
