Our organisation has 21 connections with Airtel over last 2 years. A VERY SAD STATE with Airtel.
The Bill payment has been very prompt every month since 2013, But somehow it doesnt get updated in the system and results in disconnection. I spend time reviving the connection.
This has not happened once or twice. Its been 2 years I am facing various issues with Airtel .
Its very sad to know that we are growing technologically, but forgetting customer service .
I have contacted every possible person I could get in touch with in Airtel, I could list the names and share all the communication, if need be.
Hopefully this issue is addressed and its causing a huge loss to the business because of the BHARATI Airtel.
Request them not to push the customer so much that it leads to unwanted situations both of the parties.
