prompt bill payment but never gets updated in airtel system

Our organisation has 21 connections with Airtel over last 2 years. A VERY SAD STATE with Airtel. The Bill payment has been very prompt every month since 2013, But somehow it doesnt get updated in the system and results in disconnection. I spend time reviving the connection. This has not happened once or twice. Its been 2 years I am facing various issues with Airtel . Its very sad to know that we are growing technologically, but forgetting...
