Uixm — payment of product done but not received yet order id. #[protected] still issue has not resolved

Respected sir,
This is to upraise your knowledge that till now my payment regarding the order no.[protected] has not been refunded. I am having an urgent requirement of the money but your company is taking all the thing in a light manner.

As per your company they sent me a mail regarding refund that it would be done till 5th of the november. But my issue has not been resolved till now.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
