I am a client of your customers who use tecno and infinix devices but are not happy with carlcare in egypt
I would like to lodge a complaint with carlcare egypt
I went to carlcare for maintenance work to my phone tecno camon cx
There are 3 months warranty against broken screen
I bought my phone in[protected] and end in[protected]
I went to carlcare in[protected] to do my phone maintenance before the timer was over
Taken the phone and said we will do the necessary maintenance and we will contact you in[protected]
A few hours later a text message was sent stating that the cost was 800 egyptian pounds
How do i pay the money and call within the guarantee and have the purchase invoice and have the serial number and tax number of the seller
And the date of purchase in the invoice[protected]
I complain about maltreatment at carlcare and the staff do not do their job well
I can send the invoice and the receipt i received from carlcare which says that my phone was taken from them
Please pay attention
I will send a copy to the consumer protection society in egypt for not wasting my right to maintenance work for free because the warranty time for breaking the screen is not over
