Uk Outsourcing It Services, Uk Finance Team — I'm complaining about my work amount not being transferred to me

I was asked to convert images into pdf within 12 days which I did and then I was asked to put in 2673 to get my work amount which I put, now they want me to put 6000 rupees more to get my amount and the agent says since I didn't put the amount I didn't get my salary.
