I'm shilpa from coimbatore, due to some financial support for my family inspite of my personal health issues i joined in an fraud company called ultimate reach where i applied for one designation and they recruited for one. I accepted it and worked on 2 designations even by working over time..
Recently they terminated me suddenly saying my performance is not good wheeler i myself got personal comments regarding my projects as too good from that concern project manager itself.. At the time of terminating me they said that they will pay my salary at the date of oct7th where still they didn't..
So i called that concert and asked for my salary where they stated that you were terminated at your probation period itself so you will not be paid.. Where these norms they didn't declare me at the time of joining.. I have worked for 25 solid days kindly please help me out to get rid out of this issue by affording my pay all for my hard work and dedication.. Was this information helpful? |
