Recently heard that there are so much workers issues and many kanndiga workers are removed from company . Company taken north Indians to work in hassan. More than that company Director, who is from Kerala, is only transferring only girls from Hassan factory to head office in bangalore. if they don't go they will be terminated. Like that many woman employee lost job from company.

Government must initiate actions on such Companies as they use the facilities of Karnataka but being an employment exchange for other states. This is too bad and government must also deny all incentives to such companies
Thia is posted by the ex factory head of the factory, who was removed on account of allegation of sexual harassment and is from Kerala just to harass the company. The company employees 90% Kannadigas.
Except for 2 or 3 employess all other employees are kannadigas. It is posted only to defame the company against whom disciplinary action was taken.
Even the factory head who was doing all mischief and from kerala has been replaced by a kannadiga.All workers, middle level managers, and most of the top management people including the factory head are Kannadigas.

No factory head in the company for last one year. when no factory head you are saying factory head is kannadiga. The Production Manager, The QA Manager, The R&D Manager, Purchase Manager, Civil Engineer, QC manager, Microbiology manager, all are not kannadigas. All big managers are not from karnataka, only few casual workers are kannadigas.
Yes. The information and this complaint is true. The company director always gives instruction to HR department to transfer only girls from factory in Hassan to head office in bangalore. Three girls working in production and quality departments are transfferred to head office because of the director. Two girls did not gone to head office. so they lost job. Now north indian people working in company . but company want kannadigas land, kannadigas water, kannadigas air but no job for kannadigas. local hassan people are not taking now in the company.
I was forced to write comments but now I realize that I must remain with the kannadigas who are denied job in this company. The obervations made about this company is 100% correct and all senior positions are occupied by non-kannadiga people. It is the fact. The transfer matter also correct. But no body is controlling this company.

This company is making medicines without license. drugs control department is making investigation about this company. Drug name; CEFPOD DRY SYRUP -This medicine is for children . Another medicines- AMOXY dry syrup. this also for Children. Another one- Water for Injection. Company is playing with the life of people. Government must investigate and put the culprits behind jail.
Adding some more information. This company removing label of expired medicines and pasting new label and exporting medicines. Eg: Water for Injection . see injection also they are doing like this., drugs control department enquiry going on.
