We are currently facing a recurring issue with our office printer. The default paper size settings are not configured properly, and all users are experiencing the same problem. Every time we try to print, the printer prompts us to manually confirm or select the paper size (A4 or others), which is causing delays and inconvenience.
Despite selecting A4 size in the print settings, the printer display still asks for confirmation or shows a mismatch. This issue persists across multiple systems and users.
Kindly arrange for an engineer to visit and resolve the configuration issue at the earliest.
