For my center, I took helpdesk of chat and email support (#12483) from this company for 5 seats, so I have paid 75000rs "37500rs on 18 Aug 2020" and "37500rs on 28 Aug 2020" (signup and setup fees) and got payment receipt, and then I got the work order, NDA and EIN form, so filled and return to them.
After some days, they told customer wants 10 seats instead of 5 seats, I requested only 5 seats but they are refusing, so I need the project for my center, I paid 130000rs on 10 Oct 2020 for other 5 seats (Only setup fees, signup fees is layoff) and for 6 laptops deposit.
Again I got the work order, NDA, EIN form and Insurance form, so filled and return to them.
Totally I have paid 205000rs to them. For this project I spent more than 5lakhs (Salary for employees, rent, laptop, ..etc).
In the month of December 2020, they have given EIN number[protected] and insurance number HRT2541974, but it is fake.
Until now I am not getting any project and simply they are telling delay from customer, since more than 6 months nothing happened.
Now they have closed their office and phones are switched-off.
Please take action and help me to get my money, they have cheated more peoples like this.

Totally I have paid 205000rs to Ultreos industries (OPC) Pvt Ltd in the account ICICI bank of Alandur, Chennai.
