Umesh Services — ICICI merchant cheating with customer.

I had applied for an edc machine under the scheme of monsoon where I was told to pay Rs.5000 +taxes=5700/- for Landline and GPRS machine with no target for a year, - which I already paid, that got debited from my ac, again in the month of Aug ending, i was charged same amount of Rs.5700/- without informing th amount got debited from my account, now again on[protected], an amount of Rs.795/- got debited from my account.
I have tried calling the official and the customer care, where they are just claiming that this will be the charge you have to pay..
As this is a case of clear cheating with customer with some fancy scheme of attracting the customer.
I am totally unhappy with icici merchant and would not suggest anybody to go with it.
