I am from mysore, people working in tata sky is very worst people, very horrible arrogant people, they have no respect for the customer, they talk very rudely right from the customer car call attender to executives, service men and installer, all are hopeless rascals.
Actually i wanted a new connections so i called up customer care but the response was very bad, his name is ankush, he dosent know how to talk politely to customer he was very rude he was not interest to explain about the product details, but still i ordered it, the person who came to install was even more worst his name is raj, main is just signal flore house so no steps for terrace so i gave ladder but the installer was so rude he said i canot climb ladder and he just went off and he him self cancel the order even though i did not tell him to cancel.
