Issue: Instead of the product I ordered, I received a cheap-quality back cover for Realme 7, which is completely different from the product advertised and purchased on your website.

This is unacceptable and highly disappointing. I paid ₹999 expecting to receive the correct product as described on your website, but the item delivered does not match my order at all.

I demand the following:

1. An immediate response from your customer support team regarding this complaint.
2. A full refund of ₹999 for the incorrect product delivered.
3. Clear instructions for returning the wrong product, if required, at no additional cost to me.

Please treat this matter as urgent and resolve it without unnecessary delays. If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response, I will be compelled to escalate this issue through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
