Dear sir,
I am a senior citizen, owner and resident of dda flat number 4018, sector c pocket 4, vasant kunj.
The first floor above my flat has continued illegal and unauthorised construction despite my husband's repeated complaints too both the sdmc and the police.
My husband is currently not in the country, and the owners of the upstairs flat are taking advantage: they have constructed a structurally unsound floor right above my garden, which poses a significant encroachment.
The construction not only creates a physical risk, as my house is located in a seismic zone, but also blocks light and air from my garden.
I urgently request you to put a stop to this illegal and unauthorised construction at once, and help me protect myself and my property from physical and financial risks.
