The presence of these shelters and the associated waste accumulation have led to a marked increase in mosquito breeding sites, directly elevating the risk of dengue fever and other mosquito-borne diseases among residents. The stagnant water and improper waste management are perfect breeding grounds for mosquitoes, posing a severe health hazard to the community.
