Ordered set of 4 shorts. Got set of 2 useless low quality cheap (maybe used) blue jeans. As it was COD didn't accept it (checked before paying). The delivery guy said I should have asked him before checking as they don't take the opened package back. I asked what is the purpose of ordering cash on delivery then if we can't check before we pay.
