Uni Card (uniorbit Technologies Private Limited) — Transaction Failed, Amount Debited, Refund not received. | ||
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Abhijeet Kumar and I am the card holder of VSA Credit Card No. 426740xxxxxx4690 issued by UNI (Uniorbit Technologies Private Limited). I made a POS transaction of Rs. 2000 with the mentioned card on date 26/11/2021 at Care N Cure Hospital, the transaction failed but the money got debited from my credit card. I was told by the merchant that money will be credited back to me in 3-7 days and I was made to pay the amount of Rs. 2000/- by other means of payment for the services I rendered from Care N Cure Hospital. I paid the amount via wallet transaction. But the money (Rs. 2000/-) that was debited from my UNI credit card still has not been credited to my credit card account and it's been more than one and half month since filed a complain to them on this matter. The UNI card Customer care executive have severely harassed me mentally with their unprofessionalism by telling me lies, providing false information in relation to my complain and finally they have denied to refund the Rs. 2000/- on the ground "That Mechant is not ready to refund the amount therefore I shall recover the money from the merchant." While Merchant on the other hand claims even after one and half month from the transaction date they have also not received the money. So, I request you to please take a look into the matter by verifying all the details and intervene as it's a serious issue of harassment and unlawful denial of refund of customer's rightful money. I have attached the statement shared to me by the merchant in which you can verify that the transaction was failed with all the other details. I had applied for the UNI Card but was unable to submit the documents due to my busy schedule and the uni card employee name Ramandeep Singh texted me that he will keep my documents as default and my bank works would be withhold with such threating behaviour i was disappointed and texted him that I was not interested in applying the uni card the above said employee started using very rude language saying i should have not wasted his time and he doesn't have time to waste on me Highly disappointed and would never take or recommend anyone to apply for uni cards

We apply for uni paycheck Features, during this process when we applied it shows only annual fee applicable, but it does not show it will be 2499/- charge, which is too much for me to pay this amount . because this charge was not mentioned anywhere in this starting, only show these details as i shared screenshot you .
My issue is UNI Paycheck annual Fee is too high, i am not able to pay this amount .
So request to Please Make this annual charge converted in to monthly Charge it could be around Rs209 /- By 20 dec 2022 which i can pay In this Month .
After pay this amount, Please Waived Off my fee for Dec month of Rs 209 /- . So further i will stop to use this service .
