I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Unicliff Edu Learn regarding their unfair business practices and rushed enrollment tactics, which have significantly impacted my experience as a consumer.
On June 17th, I enrolled in Unicliff Edu Learn's data science course and made an initial payment totaling 499 + 824 + 882 rupees. Subsequently, I diligently attended classes in anticipation of enhancing my skills and knowledge in this field.
However, my dissatisfaction arose on June 19th at 10 PM, when I was coerced into making additional payments without adequate time to make an informed decision or obtain clarity about the services offered. Specifically, I was pressured into re-enrolling in their Data Science course, despite having already paid for it, and compelled to pay an excessive amount of 17, 582 rupees for their ACE Membership under similarly rushed conditions.
These practices are highly concerning and indicative of deceptive conduct, which violates consumer rights and undermines trust in your organization. As a consumer, I should have been provided with transparent information and given sufficient time to evaluate my options before making any further financial commitments.
In light of this experience, I request the following actions from Unicliff Edu Learn:
Full Refund: I demand an immediate full refund of the additional payments made on June 19th, specifically the duplicate Data Science course fee and the ACE Membership fee of 17, 582 rupees.
Policy Review: I urge Unicliff Edu Learn to review and revise its enrollment and payment policies to ensure transparency, fairness, and respect for consumers' rights to make informed decisions.
Compensation: Considering the inconvenience and distress caused, I request appropriate compensation for the time and effort spent in addressing this issue and the impact on my educational plans.
I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with Unicliff Edu Learn but have not received a satisfactory response. Therefore, I am now seeking your intervention to ensure justice and uphold consumer protection laws. I kindly request that you investigate this complaint thoroughly and facilitate a swift resolution in accordance with applicable regulations.
I have enclosed copies of relevant receipts and communications for your reference. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide me with a timeline for when I can expect a resolution.
