Unicon — My account with client id : u12659 is not operational

My account with Client ID : U12659 is un-operational since long back.

I would like to operate on immediate basis. I have submitted my all documents at Connaught Place office with all necessary forms duly filled to make my account active. I have exiting equity in my account. Immediate solution is required.
