Unicon — My stocks not transferred in do at account

Customer ID PK136, yesterday received one letter from Global security stating that I have to pay drat account charges since 2007 when I opened my account with unicon, however unicon security has been deducting annual service charges from my account each year. Not only that Unicon has deposited only two minor stocks in smart account and the cream is still with them.
