From campus selection, I also joined Unified Cloud 3 months back and face the same issue of new rules applied like, to submit original certificate, bank guarantee etc. But i refuse and left this company, running like a shop with a Company Local baniya named Ameet P and international Lala G named Vivek.
Now dost, you can assume, if a shop like company will be running with a BANIYA + LALA G then only GOD can save the employees.
Here login time is strict at 9 AM but outgoing time depends on the mood of Ameet P (manager) who is a big in this company. He is paid to pass fake complaint and incorrect information about employees to Vivek (Director).
Here we all employee give our negative feedback about Ameet P to management but nothing happens as expected.
Never join this company even in your dream or your bad luck will start from the day of joining.

There are list of highlights o[censored]nified Cloud - Noida, and sharing few of them -
1. Working under close circuit camera with Mice installed in each corner so director always watching your even a single small activity and listen even your personal discussion
2. Running inside a JSS college in 3 small rooms
3. Cannot continue with their commitment and frequently change their decision
4. Daily demo - to keep continue pressure to employees to finish their project in 1 night
5. Most of the time, Internet connection shared via employee's mobile, surprise and hard to believe but true
