Unimans — Website undelivered after 1 year

We paid till now Rs. 92000 for a website costs 110000 for us, we are based in Dubai and started this project now more than 1 year now. They failed to delivery our website as agreed but regularly asking for the payment in each and every emails conversation.

We need our money back and close this never ending project with them.

They are insisting us to complete the website through control panel and they can do only the coding part. Initially we agreed for a complete working website and now they are not ready to deliver and even after they are asking for more money, I don't understand for what.
