This complaint is against the above mentioned travel agency with a branch in surathkal, karnataka 575025. The travel agency committed two mistakes related to my visa application. First, mrs. Jyothi shetty[protected] kept the documents along with them knowing well that i was running late on schedule for applying for visa. I gave them the documents on 22/04 for brazil and i had to leave on 03/05. They couldn't submit the documents on or before 12 days from the day of travel. Secondly, mr dayanand shetty ([protected]) applied for student visa which otherwise should have been applied for a visitor visa as mentioned in the embassy website that for an internship period less than 90 days in brazil, a visitor's visa will suffice. My visa got rejected because of that, and mr. Dayanand was not agreeing as to why they should apply for a visitor's visa.
