I am writing to file a formal complaint against Uni Card (the lender) regarding severe harassment I am experiencing from a collection agent handling my loan/credit repayment.
For the past six days, I have been receiving daily calls from the collection agent. These calls have not only been persistent but have also involved vulgar language, threats, and emotional harassment towards both me and my family. The agent has been making threatening remarks about legal actions and has repeatedly used inappropriate and abusive language, causing significant distress to my family and me.
Here are the details of my complaint:

Nature of Harassment: The agent has been calling me every day for six consecutive days and has made threats about legal actions and consequences if I do not make the payment immediately. The language used was inappropriate and vulgar, and my family members were also verbally abused and threatened.

Nature of Threats: The agent has threatened legal action without providing any clear explanation or understanding, and has used degrading language.
This has caused a lot of emotional distress for me and my family. I have tried to explain my situation (unable to make the payment at this time due to financial difficulties), but the harassment has continued without any regard for my circumstances.
I kindly request that this complaint be investigated immediately, and I demand:
Immediate action against the collection agent involved in this harassment.
An official investigation into the actions o[censored]ni Card and its agents.
A resolution to stop these constant, threatening calls and harassment.
If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman, and take legal action.
