Unipay Next - Innoviti — transaction unsuccessful but amount deducted from account

I had tried to purchase items rs 1616.50 from reliance fresh, jamshedpur on 2/3/2019 by sbi debit card through unipay next - innoviti payment gateway, but the payment was unsuccessful. So i paid the amount by cash. On enquiry, i found that the amount has been deducted from my sbi savings account vide reference no. Othpos809143 reliance jamshedpur. After four days no amount has been return back to my sbi account from where the amount has been debited. It is requested to the concerned authority to return back my money.
