This is to inform you that i m the consumer of Panasonic Mobile Phone (Panasonic eluga ray x space grey). I had purchased the phone on 03 October 2017. After few month I am facing Problem My mobile no working On 13.07.2018 Panasonic Mobile Service Center had submitted the phone for repairing and they gave 8 days time to return back. After 8 days when i went to the service center they said it will take few days. And again after 8 days i went to service center they said your mobile is dead, company will replace the mobile service centre sent the mail for replacement of mobile, but not reply of other side of company, I AM VERY FED UP FROM ALL OF THESE. I HAD BEAR SO MUCH INCONVENIENCE DURING THIS PERIOD. when my phone will be repair or not. If My Mobile are repair Pls confirm exact time.
