Unique Swayam Multistate Multipurpose Co-operative Society Ltd — Non payment even after maturity

I had taken a FD of amount 25000/- in 2017 which got matured in Oct 2023 with amount 50, 000 due. I have yet not received any communication from the company and the agent.
