Uniquebud.com — More than 2 month still order is not delivered and they are not even refunding

I have placed an order on 11 may, till today i have not received my order. They even do not have a customer care number. I have written multiple emails, they only respond they are trying to get this delivered. I have requested multiple times to cancel the order and refund my money still they are not doing it. Please help.

I placed an order # 13413 on 13 Aug 2023 but it is not yet being delivered to me. Please don't buy anything from them. They are FRAUD. I have reported them to NCH.
