I have purchased services of app development from (Unitechitsolution.in) mr. Sumit. For rs. 30, 000.00/- on 08062017 by paying advance of rs.10, 000/-. It was committed to be delivered by 30 days in the quotation. Second payment was made as the work progressed on[protected] of amount rs. 10, 000 after 2nd payment was made; mr. Sumit started to ask for more money for work. He asked me to pay rs. 7, 000 more for cosmetic & minor inputs. He started to challenge all the telephonic discussions and scope of work we shared and discussed when the project started and trying to take benefit of the of 1 month’s gap assuming that i might forget few points and he doesn’t have to do them. But on the contrary i have recorded all the conversations made with mr. Sumit earlier in the stage as a proof. We even challenged the recordings saying i must have misinterpreted.
I wanted to get the things rolling as work has stopped for a while due to all these confusions by mr. Sumit. So i agreed to pay rs. 5000/- for the inputs addition to the commitment of rs. 30, 000/-. Work hasn’t been completed yet but he wanted me to pay the rest of the amount. Mr. Sumit started threatening me to stop the work until i pay rest of the amount. I have given him few add-ons after seeing the latest revision of the app for which he quoted rs. 7, 000/- i negotiated to rs. 5, 000/-. But the task was never done. On[protected] i paid him rs. 10, 000/- more to get the task complete. After receiving the complete amount of rs. 30, 000/- of the quotation he stopped the work and asked me to pay rest of the amount before he can start the work. I asked him to get the things rolling but he deleted all the work from his server.
