Unitech unihomes 3 — Fraud by builder in not starting work after 3 years on unihomes 3 sector 113 noida

I have been cheated by the builder that after booking for 1192 sq ft flat in D1 block the builder has even after 3 years has not started even digging. The builder has taken more than 35 percent amount from me. The intention is to cheat as no promise is being made. The builder had charged even a single day of interest on delay in payment of installment. Bank loan has been started by the leading bank on the approved plan of the company, but surprisingly the D1 block is not shown in the project plan. Which means the builder may not start any construction at all. The builder is asking for premium for shifting to any other block like C block where the plinth level is reached. Possession was to be offered in 36 months as per allotment letter. The developer to pay delay charges of rs. 5 per sq ft pm . If developer is not able to offer aptt. It shall offer alternative flat. Kindly guide what to do after investing 15 lakhs in non started project. Can i file police case. M. Goyal
