United capital club — fraud

Dear sir,
I did part time business in united capital club neelambar building. I earned there 16110 rupees. They gave me a cheque of rupees 9000. It was bounced due to insufficient balance in there account. Now they are refusing to give my money. Last time when i went there to take my money they beat me very hard and refused to give money. Shivam dubey very fraud person work from lucknow branch.
So sir please help me.
