Unity Lifeline Hospital India Private Limited — incompetence of the hospital: misdiagnosis / inadequate medical treatment

Address: 560072

Respected sir,

My mother lalitha devi met with road accident on 10th of july and was admitted to the nearby hospital i. E. Unity lifeline hospital by an unknown person. Hospital failed to diagnose multiple fractures in wall ribs and left scapula. Hospital misled the whole family telling that there were two fractures (Left clavicle, right olecranon). On 12th of july, hospital discharged lalitha devi with pop plastering done on right hand and with suturing on face, braces on teeth (Lower tooth stabilization). On the date of discharge, hospital mentioned that patient is stable. After a week, the hospital had suggested for review. On the day of review, dr. Supreeth hegde mentioned that there is a dislocation in right olecranon after pop plastering was done which goes to show his incompetency. We took the patient to a different hospital to realise that there was major misdiagnosis and patient needed multiple surgeries which was never suggested identified by ortho (Dr. Supreeth hegde). Also the hospital has missed doing a chest pa view which led to deterioration of patient's condition and she had to undergo cardiothoracic surgery. With misdiagnosis, patient's condition had worsened and such kind of incompetency needs tough action. Request you to kindly look into this case and help us get justice.

Thanks,
Megha rani
